The wait is over.
For the past several months, Protecting Our Students (POSI) has been engaged in a defensive legal battle. While our complete, four-level school safety assessment framework, Site|SafetyNet℠, was ready for launch, we were targeted by meritless legal claims designed to stall our progress.
We made a strategic choice: Fight, rather than settle or fold. We refused to let unfounded interference compromise a system built to save lives.
The Victory
On April 20, 2026, we formally secured our right to operate without interference. The legal clouds have cleared, and for the first time, our data-driven national standard is fully cleared for nationwide deployment.
The Next Step: School Safety Reality
While we won the fight, the resources required for our defense have depleted the reserves intended for our initial rollout. We are not an organization that failed to launch—we are a mission-driven team that stood its ground and won.
Now, we are ready to go on the offensive for student safety. We are seeking partners to help us fund:
- National Mobilization: Reaching K-12 districts to adopt the 94-point safety mandate.
- The Inaugural Cohort: Onboarding our first wave of “Safety-First” schools.
- Infrastructure Excellence: Finalizing the deployment of the SafeSchool REPORT℠ and Gamma tools.
We have defended our right to protect students. Now, we simply need the fuel to take the first step.
