Introduce POSSafetyNet℠, a digital app developed by POS that enables schools to conduct safety and vulnerability assessments.

  2. Implement POSSafetyNet℠: Encourage schools to adopt POSSafetyNet℠ as a crucial tool for assessing safety protocols and identifying vulnerabilities. Highlight how the app streamlines the assessment process, provides data-driven insights, and offers tailored recommendations for improvement.

  3. Advocate for Resources: Engage with local policymakers, education boards, and community organizations to advocate for increased funding and resources specifically for mental health services and the implementation of POSSafetyNet℠. Emphasize the app’s potential to enhance school safety measures and prevent future incidents.

  4. Training and Collaboration: Work with mental health organizations and professional associations to provide specialized training for school counselors on using POSSafetyNet℠ effectively—Foster collaboration between counselors, teachers, and staff members to ensure comprehensive mental health support.
